Located in the south of the island overlooking Ao Yon Bay on the west side of Cape Panwa, this three-bedroom villa is part of the secure Two Villas estate on a hillside surrounded by other private homes. Encircled by a lush tropical garden, every room of this contemporary villa makes the most of the spectacular views of Ao Yon Bay; turquoise water, coconut palms, verdant headlands and a collection of yachts and catamarans. The calm water in this enclosed bay offers perfect swimming year round.
With such an idyllic view from its infinity edge, the villa’s deep blue swimming pool is particularly enticing whilst the pool terrace has a shaded dining and lounging area for when the heat of the day gets a little too much. In each of the comfortable bedrooms, sliding glass doors flood the rooms with light and make the most of the west-facing views. The villa’s intimate size, coupled with the especially romantic jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, makes it a great choice for couples and honeymooners who are looking for tranquillity and island authenticity away from the resort areas. Groups of friends and families with older children will also appreciate the villa’s privacy and accessibility; guests can use the owner’s car to explore Phuket’s attractions for the duration of their stay making the quiet seclusion of its location even more inviting.
Inside the air conditioned villa there is a combined living and dining area with surround-sound TV, DVD player and stereo. An attached western-style kitchen gives guests the opportunity to self cater, however a Thai cook is available to prepare your meals if you’d prefer a more pampered experience (and American breakfasts are included in the rate).
A villa manager is on call 24 hours a day and two full-time maids keep the house in order and can also do your shopping and laundry, leaving you free to relax all day.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. By submitting this Booking Form you declare that you are over 18 years of age. All villas are non-smoking villas.
2. In the event of a booking being requested within 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the whole rental plus the security deposit will be payable.
3. In the event of a booking being cancelled more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, a refund will be issued less an administrative charge of 20% of the total paid.
4. In the event of a booking being cancelled within 30 days of the date of arrival, only the security deposit will be refunded.
5. The security deposit will be repaid within 7 days of the date of departure usually in cash but also by bank transfer if requested less any deduction to cover the cost of damage or loss. In the event of any damage or loss costing in excess of the security deposit, the owners reserve the right to claim the balance from the person making the booking.
6. All bedrooms have a standard 2 person occupancy, for guests requiring extra beds this may in some cases not be possible and in other cases it may be possible at additional cost.
7. Pets: If you wish to bring pets to the property please ask as some villas do not allow pets of any sort
8. Travel Insurance: Each guest must have comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Liability insurance is also recommended required.
9. Force Majeure: REAL shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside of REAL's control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, Acts of God, and any occurrences outside the control of the REAL.
10. Complaints: REAL cannot be held liable for interruptions of the supply of water, or electricity, or Internet connection or breakdown of swimming pool filtration systems, though REAL will use our best endeavours to arrange for any such problems to be solved quickly. It is understood that infrastructure, local standards and conditions are often of a less developed nature in a remote resort location than in more urban environments. REAL or its representative will do as much as can be reasonably expected to avoid and rectify. Any complaints should be made in writing to REAL within 24 hours of the occurrence. No complaints will be considered if made after the departure date.
11. Conduct & Behaviour: Each tenant is responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour of the guests staying at the Villa. Adhering to booking terms and conditions is the tenant's responsibility. Should any member of the party behave in a manner considered inappropriate, either REAL or the local representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forthwith.
No refund can be claimed from the Lessor in such case. Owner or his representative may enter the villa at any time. It is also prohibited to act unlawfully in any way whatsoever and to bring in and/or use/consume any illegal substances. Police authorities will be immediately informed of any offenders.
