From Mai Khao, the most north-westerly beach on the island, there is a very special beach nestled on the southwest tip of the island.
Nai Harnis home to the delightful beach front Samnak Song Nai Harn monastery, which dominates most of this quiet, tranquil beach
and allows it to maintain an undeveloped, unspoiled ambience. Within easy reach of Phuket Town and Karon, this charming beach
retreat is popular with both locals and expats alike, who come here to relax and enjoy the mountain jungle vistas, sparkling fresh water
lagoon (Nai Harn Lake), fine white sand beach and crystal clear waters, which during the high season shimmer gently reflecting the
runs rays like a mirrored surface. Nai Harn manages to maintain a non-touristic feel and is popular with joggers who take advantage
of the stunning natural course encompassing the beach and lagoon. During the high season, the small bay to the north is awash with
sailboats.
Nai Harn is all about relaxation and for many people a gentle swim in the shimmering and perfectly still crystal clear waters,
especially during he high season months, is all the activity they require. The waters to the north of the beach also provide perfect
conditions for snorkelling.
As the low season approaches, the beach becomes a popular destination for surfers and bodyboarders especially at the southern
end whereconditions are enhanced by a permanent sandback. The northern end of the beach offers a safer environment for kids
to enjoy the waves and boards can be purchased or rented through a number of outlets and beach vendors.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. By submitting this Booking Form you declare that you are over 18 years of age. All villas are non-smoking villas.
2. In the event of a booking being requested within 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the whole rental plus the security deposit will be payable.
3. In the event of a booking being cancelled more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, a refund will be issued less an administrative charge of 20% of the total paid.
4. In the event of a booking being cancelled within 30 days of the date of arrival, only the security deposit will be refunded.
5. The security deposit will be repaid within 7 days of the date of departure usually in cash but also by bank transfer if requested less any deduction to cover the cost of damage or loss. In the event of any damage or loss costing in excess of the security deposit, the owners reserve the right to claim the balance from the person making the booking.
6. All bedrooms have a standard 2 person occupancy, for guests requiring extra beds this may in some cases not be possible and in other cases it may be possible at additional cost.
7. Pets: If you wish to bring pets to the property please ask as some villas do not allow pets of any sort
8. Travel Insurance: Each guest must have comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Liability insurance is also recommended required.
9. Force Majeure: REAL shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside of REAL's control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, Acts of God, and any occurrences outside the control of the REAL.
10. Complaints: REAL cannot be held liable for interruptions of the supply of water, or electricity, or Internet connection or breakdown of swimming pool filtration systems, though REAL will use our best endeavours to arrange for any such problems to be solved quickly. It is understood that infrastructure, local standards and conditions are often of a less developed nature in a remote resort location than in more urban environments. REAL or its representative will do as much as can be reasonably expected to avoid and rectify. Any complaints should be made in writing to REAL within 24 hours of the occurrence. No complaints will be considered if made after the departure date.
11. Conduct & Behaviour: Each tenant is responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour of the guests staying at the Villa. Adhering to booking terms and conditions is the tenant's responsibility. Should any member of the party behave in a manner considered inappropriate, either REAL or the local representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forthwith.
No refund can be claimed from the Lessor in such case. Owner or his representative may enter the villa at any time. It is also prohibited to act unlawfully in any way whatsoever and to bring in and/or use/consume any illegal substances. Police authorities will be immediately informed of any offenders.
