Early bird discount:
10% if booking is confirmed more than 270 days before arrival.

Long-stay discount:
10% for bookings of 15 to 21 days.
17.5% for bookings of 22 days or more.

We require a booking deposit of 25% to secure your reservation, the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement date.

Cancellations more than 6 weeks before commencement date will have 85% of monies received refunded, between 6 weeks and 4 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks no refund will be made.
A security deposit of 500 Pounds is required whatever the length of stay.
