Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive 10% service charge, 7% VAT
Rates are inclusive of set breakfast for the maximum 2 persons per room per night basis.
• Child age 2 - 11 years old sharing same room with parents and not require an extra bed only pay for ABF @ THB 125.-
• Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed
• Reservations are held until 1600 hours only unless guarantee by credit card or first night
• Peak season has a minimum stay of 3 nights

Cancellation Rules and Policy:

• No show will carry penalty of equivalent to 1 night
• Cancellation during low season must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night
• Cancellation during high season must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival or penalty 1 night
• Cancellation during peak season must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival or penalty 3 nights
