This gorgeous luxury 2 bedroom villa is set within its private walled garden in the exclusive 'The Residence' resort. The large L shaped pool is surrounded by exotic plants and has a waterfall feature as its backdrop. The glass walls on two sides of the living area slide away to give you complete open access to the garden. The villa is decorated in traditional Thai style with wooden floors and Thai artwork. The 5 star spar in the resort can provide you with pampering massages for complete relaxation, or if a work out is what you require then there is the fully equipped gym.
Staying in this beautiful villa you can have the best of both worlds. You can have breakfast brought to you, room service at other times, or in the evenings you can also have a chef come and cook for you in the villa. If you would like to cook for yourself there is a Tesco Lotus in the nearest town. You can have complete privacy in the walled pool garden, or you can get the shuttle to the beach for a choice of restaurants, eat with your toes in the sand and watch the sun go down with a cold glass of wine - sheer bliss! If you want to go slightly further afield transport can be arranged (at a small extra cost) or many of the local restaurants will actually come and pick you up and return you to the villa free of charge (however it is always nice to give a small tip).
Just two minutes by Shuttle Bus away is the wonderful Bang Tao beach, probably Phuket's best. With the crystal clear water of the sea and 5 miles of white sandy beach, this is truly paradise. You can just lay back and relax under the shade of a palm tree, or for those who like to fish, why not arrange for a long tail boat to pick you up from the beach for a morning of sea fishing and snorkeling. Bang Tao beach has many restaurants at the water's edge, or you can walk along the beach to the exclusive Laguna Resort hotels, including the world famous Banyan Tree.
Have you ever wished to ride a horse in the lapping waves on a white sandy beach, well that is only 5 minutes away. The stable will come and collect you, provide hats and a handler to walk along side for the more novice rider. Why not have a massage or nails polished under a Palm Tree on the beach? Just take a towel and this amazing, relaxing experience whilst listening to the sound of the waves is a must....and at a fraction of the cost of the spa. For the golfer, there are seven courses on Phuket and also a driving range nearby. At nearby Surin beach there are plenty of opportunities for para-sailing or jet skiing and a myriad of places to eat and drink. For those who like to shop and barter then Patong is only 1/2 hour away. This is also for those who enjoy a busy nightlife.

The villa is located in the Bangtao beach area on the west coast of the island of Phuket and is only 500 metres from the beach. Phuket International Airport is 15 kilometres, the nightlife of Patong is 15 minutes, shopping centres for brand name shopping are 20 minutes away in Patong and Phuket town and local markets are everywhere for cheap goods and artifacts.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

1. By submitting this Booking Form you declare that you are over 18 years of age. All villas are non-smoking villas.   
2. In the event of a booking being requested within 30 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the whole rental plus the security deposit will be payable.
3. In the event of a booking being cancelled more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, a refund will be issued less an administrative charge of 20% of the total paid.
4. In the event of a booking being cancelled within 30 days of the date of arrival, only the   security deposit will be refunded. 
5. The security deposit will be repaid within 7 days of the date of departure usually in cash but also by bank transfer if requested less any deduction to cover the cost of damage or loss. In the event of any damage or loss costing in excess of the security deposit, the owners reserve the right to claim the balance from the person making the booking.
6. All bedrooms have a standard 2 person occupancy, for guests requiring extra beds this may in some cases not be possible and in other cases it may be possible at additional cost.
7. Pets: If you wish to bring pets to the property please ask as some villas do not allow pets of any sort
8. Travel Insurance: Each guest must have comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Liability insurance is also recommended required.
9. Force Majeure: REAL shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside of REAL’s control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, Acts of God, and any occurrences outside the control of the REAL.
10. Complaints: REAL  cannot be held liable for interruptions of the supply of water, or electricity, or Internet connection or breakdown of swimming pool filtration systems, though REAL will use our best endeavours to arrange for any such problems to be solved quickly. It is understood that infrastructure, local standards and conditions are often of a less developed nature in a remote resort location than in more urban environments. REAL or its representative will do as much as can be reasonably expected to avoid and rectify. Any complaints should be made in writing to REAL within 24 hours of the occurrence. No complaints will be considered if made after the departure date.
11. Conduct & Behaviour: Each tenant is responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour of the guests staying at the Villa.  Adhering to booking terms and conditions is the tenant’s responsibility.   Should any member of the party behave in a manner considered inappropriate, either REAL or the local representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forthwith.

No refund can be claimed from the Lessor in such case. Owner or his representative may enter the villa at any time. It is also prohibited to act unlawfully in any way whatsoever and to bring in and/or use/consume any illegal substances. Police authorities will be immediately informed of any offenders.
