A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than six weeks before the date of arrival together with a refundable security deposit of 10% of the total rental.

If the booking is made within six weeks of the date of arrival the whole rental and security deposit will be payable immediately.

The security deposit will be repaid within 7 days of the date of departure less any deduction for the cost of damage or loss. Rentals can be paid in USD, GBP, Euros or Thai Baht.

Phuket is often described as the Pearl of the South. It is a spectacular tropical island nestled in the Andaman Sea. With many fine, unspoilt beaches, it is a paradise.

The near-by Bang Tao beach is probably the island’s finest. It has many restaurants on the water’s edge as well as access to the exclusive Laguna resort hotels including the Banyan Tree, Sheraton and Dusit Thani.

There are many water sports available or why not just relax and enjoy a massage either on the beach, in a fabulous spa or in the comfort of your own villa?
