It was designed by a leading Thai architect, under guidance from an experienced European property developer and designer. The villa is built on a west-facing gentle slope, roughly a mile inland from Kata Beach. This allows for magnificent sunset views over the sea, through the tops of coconut trees from the terrace and infinity pool. It has has its own private rooftop infinity pool and sundeck. The special filtration equipment provides crystal-clear water and the pool's powerful Jacuzzi-style water jets are positioned to allow you to view the sunset while savouring that exotic cocktail. Towels, beach towels, and luxury towelling robes are supplied and laundered during your stay.

Upstairs the large, open-plan living areas look out onto the terrace and pool. In addition to a spacious lounge, there is a large formal dining area with a ten-seater bamboo dining table; four bar stools are also available at the breakfast bar. The fully-fitted European kitchen comes fitted with black granite worktops.

The master bedroom has a magnificent Emperor-sized, bamboo, four-poster beds. The master-bedroom en-suite comes equipped with twin basins set in black granite, a walk-in shower and a 2 person Jacuzzi bath – ideal for relaxing in after a hard day sunbathing or exploring.

This villa is are situated close to one of the finest beaches on Phuket - Kata Beach , just south of Karon Beach, on the South West coast of Phuket, is a beautiful beach all year round beach. Facing due west in to the Andaman Sea and Indian Ocean it is blessed with wonderful sunsets all year round.

FROM MAY TO OCTOBER there is great surf with all sizes of boards for hire, and a stiff on-shore breeze making it very invigorating. There are all sizes of boards for hire, from kids and beginners through to Malibou and the big surf canoes. As this is the Australian winter, many Australians have started discovering the delights of Kata Beach at this time of the year. The surf may not be as big as BONDI, but it sure is warmer!

FROM NOVEMBER TO APRIL THE SEA IS VIRTUALLY FLAT CALM AND CLEAR, ideal for swimming , snorkelling and learning to dive. There are also local boats for hire to other beaches and islands, and speed boats, jet skis , water skiing and parascending all available. Kata Beach really comes alive in the busy season. During the first week of December, Kata bay fills with yachts and crews from around the globe to compete in the annual King’s Cup Regatta. This week long yachting festival adds excitement to the area with daily sailing class races and parties until the small hours. At night the south end of Kata Beach comes alive with a reggae flavour and regular bands playing the bars are a lively place after dark.

Kata Beach is a popular year round vacation spot for families. It is a long curved beach with plentiful sun loungers and beach vendors to cater for the crowds. By day, relaxation , massages and watersport are the main drawcards on the white sands of Kata Beach . Snorkellers can also venture further out to Ko Pu - a small island offshore with several reefs on the way.
