Monthly Rates Seaview Apartments

• Daily rates are per apartment, per night, inclusive à la carte breakfast and service charge.
• Monthly rates are per apartment, min. 30 days , service charge included, without breakfast and electricity charges
• Prices include 7% VAT
• Payment by Credit Card will be charged 3%
• Electricity charged at 6 Baht per KWH (for renting by the month only)
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Rates are quoted in Thaibaht. Rates in foreign currency are estimated and subject to official exchange rate on day of payment
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Credit Card details can be sent by email or fax

Cancelation Policy:
1. Cancelation without charges, until two month before arrival,
2. 20% charge for cancelation until one week before arrival,
3. 100% charge for cancelation in the last week before arrival and no show.
Deposit:
The deposit for confirmation shall be of 20% at least of the booking. If stay is longer than one year, a two months deposit is required at least.
